Our store accepts exchanges only. Please be advised that we cannot accept items being returned for a refund. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on wigs, lingerie, or gift boxes/basket.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to customer.
  • Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for exchange.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of your order. All orders are shipped by size.

Fraudulent Orders

Due to the high volume of orders and fraudulent orders we receive - if an order appears to be suspicious we will cancel and refund the order in full. 

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Please allow for 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Domestic delivery takes 7-10 days.

California residents incur sales tax provided California state law. International customers are responsible for all fees and shipping cost provided during check out.
